Deputy Head of Health Department 60 % ##

Your profile

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• You bring leadership experience and training or are willing to undergo further training in this area
• Ideally, you have experience working with people with disabilities and/or in the field of Spitex
• You possess knowledge in quality assurance and development, healthcare financing (KVG/KLV), as well as in the area of RAI-HC
• You are characterized by clear and steadfast communication, with which you advise and accompany others at eye level
• Resilience and teamwork skills characterize you
• You have good IT skills and possess a driving license category B

Your tasks

• Support and deputy for the Head of Health Department in operational management, including representation in the executive management
• Personnel responsibility for night watches
• Joint responsibility for the professional leadership of the health officers at all locations
• Joint responsibility for the quality and safety of healthcare (processes, standards, training)
• Nursing consultation for interdisciplinary teams and review of services through internal audits
• Cooperation in the establishment of the in-house Spitex
