In our secure residential group for people with dementia, you support approximately 15-20 residents. Our residents spend a lot of time in the common areas, the bright courtyard or the protected outdoor spaces and gardens. They are supported 24h/24 by professional care and daily organization. You create security, orientation and well-being - every single day.

Your professional daily routine with us: ###

• You support our people with dementia, relying on their resources and relationships, throughout the day. You organize individual care and offer professional support
• You are the contact person for our relatives and provide them with support
• You assume daily responsibility and are in charge of carrying out daily care, medical visits as well as the documentation of care (RAI LTCF)
• You enjoy working in a well-coordinated team, are flexible and gladly share your knowledge with others

What you bring: ###

• Completed training as a community healthcare and nursing assistant or in long-term care and support (FaGe, FaBe, DN1, FASRK, elderly person supporter)
• Experience in working with people with dementia
• Empathy, patience and personal initiative
• Communication skills, team spirit
