YOUR TASKS: You contribute to ensuring that our residents and pensioners enjoy professional and individual care and support every day; You ensure complete, professional and differentiated nursing documentation; You maintain contact with relatives as well as with internal and external agencies; You participate in determining the nursing levels via RAI; You take on shift responsibility in the residential area. WHAT YOU BRING: Training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ, DN1, FASRK or elderly caregiver with recognition; You have professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector and with people with dementia; Vocational trainer certificate is an advantage; Good oral and written German skills; Good RAI knowledge in the classification of dementia patients is an advantage; You are an organizational talent and strive to organize everyday life efficiently; You enjoy being part of a team and being "closer to people". REMARKS: Time supplements will be paid out. The amount of the time supplement can be found in the internal inconvenience regulations.
