YOUR TASKS IN THIS FUNCTION ARE: * standardized purchasing as well as contract and warranty management. * support during commissioning and acceptance. * the conducting, administration and further development of key and badge management. * the maintenance of the CAFM system. * the management of optimization projects with internal and external partners. * participation in the further development of real estate standards in the Facility Management subject areas. * administrative support in the training of the apprentices Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt. * the deputy for the Head of Facility Management during his absence. YOUR PROFILE FITS EXCELLENTLY IF YOU: * have a structural or technical basic training. * have further training in the field of Facility Management or business administration and project management at FH or HF level. * have ideally been able to gain initial professional experience in a comparable environment. * contribute to the further development of the area with your commitment, your strong service orientation and your reliable manner. * work independently, efficiently and solution-oriented. * have good PC user skills.
