Deputy Coordinator - Utilities 80-100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual as Deputy Coordinator Shift Utilities for our location in Visp. In this role, the focus is on supporting the shift coordinator in ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the UTS plants. The position plays an important role in coordinating the shift team, handling malfunctions, passing on relevant information, and providing technical support and development for the operators. You can find all global benefits here: Benefits - Visp Your tasks: Supporting the shift coordinator in daily operational business; Coordination and follow-up of malfunctions as well as participation in corresponding meetings; Ensuring an effective flow of information within the shift organization; Technical support and training of the operators; Support with administrative tasks, qualifications, and onboarding processes; Taking responsibility for team organization and cooperation in the absence of the coordinator. Your profile: Technical training or several years of experience in an industrial environment; Good knowledge of production or utility plants; Good understanding of operational processes, safety, and GMP-compliant working; Experience with process control systems (e.g., DeltaV) is an advantage; High sense of responsibility and strong communication skills; Team-oriented personality with enjoyment in promoting and supporting employees.
