REISS Schweiz AG is a wholesaler for refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump technology and a partner to professional refrigeration and air conditioning installers throughout Switzerland.

From the construction site and service assignments to the office?
We deliberately give practitioners the chance to make the step into the office. You bring the technical expertise, we will teach you the administrative side.

Your Role

• Technical advice for our customers and sizing of components
• Creation and processing of offers and orders in the ERP system
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
• Professional and service-oriented customer care
• Accompanying customer inquiries from the first question to successful implementation
• Direct exchange with manufacturers, suppliers, and partners

Your Profile

• Training in the refrigeration industry or in building technology
• Several years of practical experience on the construction site or in service
• Good technical understanding
