Application Manager Automation

Tasks:

• Project new automation platform d.velop:
• Project collaboration on the construction of the platform and migrations
• Administration of two d.velop platforms
• Application management for various business applications (automations) running on the d.velop platform
• Ensure the stable and secure operation of the application portfolio in the field of automation and collaboration and drive further development
• Support, administer, and further develop applications in the Microsoft environment such as SharePoint, M365, workflow management, and RPA tools
• Collect requirements from specialist departments, analyze business processes, and transfer them into sustainable automation and digitalization solutions
• Develop automation solutions and successfully transfer new platforms and tools into operation
• Introduce new applications and solutions, accompany employees through changes, and conduct training sessions

Requirements:

• Professional experience in application management or a comparable function, ideally in the field of automation and process digitalization
• Completed basic IT training as well as further education at HF level in business informatics or similar. With suitable professional experience, the further education can be individually compensated
• SharePoint:
• SharePoint 2016 & SE Administration & Support (PowerShell know-how ideal)
• SharePoint Online (Intranet) Administration & Support
• Automation:
• Experience with process and document automation tools
• Good, but not necessary: Nintex know-how for support
• Support of automations with built-in tools of SharePoint 2016 & SE
• d.velop know-how is not a prerequisite.
• You are very familiar with handling applications in the Microsoft environment, especially SharePoint and M365
• You enjoy working at the interface between IT and specialist departments and successfully bring people and technical solutions together
• You are able to explain technical topics understandably even to laypeople and pass on knowledge in training sessions
