About the role ##

As an HR Manager, you will join a small team of two people and play a key role in the administrative management of personnel. The company is present in several cantons of Switzerland.

We offer you

• A role in a fast-growing company, with a Try&Hire format: 6 months on contract with Academic Work and then a CDI within the company.

Tasks ##

• Take charge of the administrative management of the employee life cycle (contracts, amendments, files).
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of absences, holidays, and social insurance declarations (sickness, accident, maternity).
• Actively collaborate in the monthly preparation of salaries.
• Occasional travel to sites in German-speaking Switzerland

We are looking for ##

• Good knowledge of HR management practices
• HRSE Certificate
• Good skills in French (oral and written)
• Advanced knowledge of German (B2 minimum)
• Good knowledge of the Office Pack

It is meritorious if you possess

• Knowledge of the Select Line software
• Mastery of the Abacus software is a plus
