• Responsible for a professional and flawless operational process of the multi-purpose arena in relation to cleaning services and outdoor area maintenance
• Administrative tasks incl. budget responsibility
• Personnel leadership of the core team of two directly subordinate employees as well as up to 30 directly subordinate event cleaners
• Work deployment planning of the event cleaners in the indoor and outdoor areas of the stadium on match days of the ZSC Lions and other events
• Carrying out internal quality controls, responsible for continuous process optimization as well as implementing ISS standards
• Active support of the management team in further mandates during the off-season (May to August)
• Garden maintenance and winter service
• Completed basic training in the field of cleaning, facility management, gastronomy or hotel management; further training in facility management, commercial field and/or event management
• Min. 3-5 years of professional experience (incl. leadership and planning of employees)
• Readiness to regularly perform evening and weekend shifts for approx. 50 events per year
• Very good German skills and knowledge of Spanish or Italian is an advantage
• MS Office user knowledge
• Driver's license Cat. B1
