Your mission Ensure industrialization methods and support staff in different departments while respecting deadlines and established standards, according to the Lean Manufacturing approach deployed. Your main responsibilities • Lead the monitoring of new product industrialization projects and accompany pre-series and series phases. • Lead continuous improvement projects and the integration of new production processes. • Develop tooling for new products and ensure maintenance. • Create and maintain product technical data (ranges, plans, work instructions, -). • Lead machine investment projects and participate in technological monitoring.. Your background and skills • Engineer's degree in industrial process or equivalent title • Desired experience of at least 5 years in a similar position • Analytical and synthetic mind • Ability to unite and support change management • Mastery of ERP data • Good mastery of CAO • Mastery of the Windows environment and Office suite Type of contract: Permanent Occupancy rate: Full-time
