As an ERP Administrator (parametrization easytemp), you ensure that our clients can work optimally with our ERP system from the start. You are responsible for careful onboarding, customer-specific system configuration, and ongoing maintenance of central parameters - from GAV adjustments to system-side fine-tuning. In close collaboration with internal departments, you implement requirements efficiently, ensure flawless quality, and keep documentation up to date. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed specialist with experience in payroll processing who wants to bring their know-how into a system-related environment. This function combines payroll/HR specialist work with modern system work. You support the onboarding of new clients on the easytemp platform (HR platform). You set and configure system parameters according to the requirements of client coordination, account management, or the service desk. You maintain and update the GAV database as well as GAV conditions for new or changed collective employment contracts. You ensure that all types of salaries and social insurance data are properly maintained in the system. Thanks to your understanding of payroll processes and your basic accounting knowledge, you quickly recognize connections and work your way safely into complex processes. You ensure that client requirements are correctly understood and cleanly implemented in the system. You document parametrizations and changes completely and in a traceable manner. You have a commercial education and ideally have several years of professional experience, either in payroll processing (payroll) and/or in the configuration and administration of HR and payroll systems. You have experience in handling ERP, specialist, or business applications and feel comfortable in system-related roles. New systems and technical processes excite you - you like to analyze how applications work, you test different scenarios independently, and you actively contribute to building a good understanding. You work in a structured, reliable, and exact manner and have an analytical, logical, and conceptual way of thinking with a high degree of initiative. You are a flexible, curious person who likes to work your way into a complex environment. You communicate safely with internal stakeholders (e.g., service desk, account management, departments) and have very good German and French language skills; English is an advantage.
