Your tasks

You accompany and coordinate the entire recruitment process – from the job advertisement to the successful [completion]. You advise and support managers competently and in a partnership manner in the search for suitable [candidates]. You create and publish job advertisements in consultation with the line and use various recruitment channels to find suitable candidates. You coordinate selection processes, review application documents, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate [experience]. You work closely with the responsible specialist departments and ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process. You contribute your ideas and participate in the optimization of recruitment processes and digital tools.

Your profile

You have a higher education degree, ideally supplemented by further training in [HR]. You bring professional experience in personnel recruitment, preferably in a larger organization. Experience in nursing or healthcare is an advantage. You have a strong sense for people, convince through communication strength and high [motivation]. You work independently, structured, and reliably and are familiar with digital HR tools. You have proficient German language skills; English and/or French skills are an advantage.
