Project Manager Order Processing

Our projects arise in close cooperation with international B2B partners and require coordinated collaboration across several areas.

For this task, we are looking for a personality who works in a structured manner, takes responsibility, and reliably accompanies projects.

Your task

You accompany customer projects from order processing to delivery. In doing so, you coordinate the cooperation of all parties involved and ensure that requirements are clarified and projects are reliably implemented with regard to deadlines, quality, and costs.

The function is performed centrally from our headquarters in Frauenfeld. Project control is carried out via our webshop as well as via Microsoft Teams in close coordination with internal and external partners.

What you do with us

• You process projects for our international B2B partners
• You coordinate the cooperation between customers, sales, workshop planning, production, and logistics
• You clarify technical requirements and support the finding of solutions
• You create and maintain project documentation, technical documents, and schedules
• You monitor project progress, deadlines, costs, and quality
• You prepare project meetings and conduct them internally and externally
• You create post-calculations and evaluate projects
• You support export logistics during holiday absences and undertake, among other things, DHL shipments as well as the creation of transport orders.
• You participate in the optimization of processes and workflows
• You conduct training for internal teams and our B2B partners
• You represent Sky-Frame in exchange with our partners

What you bring

• Basic technical training (e.g., construction, metal construction, carpentry, or comparable)
• Further training in the field of project management or technology, with a willingness to further develop
• Initial experience in an industrial or technical environment is an advantage
• Good IT skills (MS Office 365, ERP and ideally CAD)
• Technical understanding, spatial reasoning, and knowledge of materials
• Enjoyment in working with international partners
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, French is an advantage
