Practical Instructor Nursing (PAP)

• Conveyance of professional action competencies and ensuring the learning process support of a group of trainees
• Joint care of a patient group together with the trainees in the learning team
• Planning and organization of training in close cooperation with the nursing education manager
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
• Shifts predominantly in day and late shifts

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH as well as experience in acute care
• Completion as a vocational trainer, or willingness to complete the corresponding further training
• SVEB certificate as a practical instructor, an equivalent qualification in adult education, or the willingness to acquire this
• Joy in working with trainees and in the conveyance of knowledge
• Assertiveness as well as strong organizational skills
