Project Manager Infrastructure (80–100%) Over 1.6 million online orders per year, more than 800 delivery vehicles, over 1’700 employees in currently 60 locations – and we continue to grow. To complement our infrastructure team, we are looking for a Project Manager. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of our infrastructure projects and ensure that our locations are technically and operationally optimally positioned. Your tasks include, among others: Management and planning of infrastructure projects (from new locations to renovations of existing franchise businesses) Ensuring the operational readiness of all existing locations Monitoring project budgets, costs, deadlines, and quality specifications Steering external service providers (construction, technology, suppliers) Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards What you bring: A manual or technical basic vocational training, preferably with an additional qualification in project management Ideally, you bring experience in project management, in the gastronomy, delivery service, or retail environment Teamwork skills, flexibility, and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatic way of working, and a hands-on mentality Willingness to travel in Switzerland as well as a valid driving license of category B Very good German skills; English or [missing text/foreign] skills are an advantage What awaits you with us: A key role with a lot of responsibility and great scope for design A company with strong growth and exciting future plans A motivated and uncomplicated team that wants to make a difference together A company vehicle and the possibility to also work in a home office.
