Kellerhals Carrard Basel offers several interns the opportunity to complete a lawyer internship or volontariat every year. We offer you a multifaceted insight into the lawyer's activity at the Basel location for 9 to 12 months. You are not assigned to a specific lawyer, which allows you to gain versatile experiences in different legal areas with a focus on business law. Your daily work should correspond to that of a lawyer as quickly as possible. In addition to preparing legal clarifications, you will learn how to deal with clients. You will draft legal documents of all kinds and at all levels and appear independently before courts and authorities. Furthermore, you will edit and design contracts, assist in the founding and restructuring of companies, and in this context, you will also be introduced to transaction business (M&A).
