For an important partner in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a:

Job description ###

-Analyze client requests and prepare the various projects

-Study the technical and operational constraints of each intervention

-Plan all phases of the operations

-Define needs for personnel, material, transport, and lifting means

-Organize dismantling, handling, transport, reassembly, and installation operations

-Coordinate clients, internal teams, technicians, and subcontractors

-Supervise teams engaged on the various sites

-Ensure monitoring of costs, deadlines, and resources

-Identify risks and guarantee compliance with safety requirements

-Manage unforeseen circumstances and resolve technical problems

-Coordinate interventions with the clients' technical and production services

-Follow projects until their complete realization

-Ensure the quality of services and client satisfaction

Profile ###

-Confirmed experience in industrial or technical project management

-Experience in the transfer of production lines, machine tools, CNC machines, special machines, or other industrial equipment

-Good knowledge of heavy handling, lifting, and mechanical assembly

-Ability to coordinate several stakeholders and different trades

-Solid skills in planning, organization, and cost management

-Excellent safety culture

-Leadership and ability to make decisions

-Autonomy, rigor, and a high sense of responsibility

-Very good communication skills and customer service orientation

-Practical spirit, reactivity, and solution orientation

-Flexibility and mobility to ensure the follow-up of the various sites
