Polymechanic CNC lathes with team responsibility

Activity + independently set up and operate CNC lathes + create and optimize CNC programs directly at the machine or via Solidcam + manufacture individual parts and small series while maintaining high quality standards + plan and prepare manufacturing processes and workflows + instruct production personnel and support them in operation • Requirements + Completed vocational training as Polymechanic EFZ + experience in programming multi-axis CNC lathes + knowledge of Siemens or Fanuc controls is an advantage + very good German skills in speaking and writing + independent, structured and precise way of working with high team and responsibility commitment • Offer + diverse tasks in a motivated, small team + progressive production environment with state-of-the-art machine technology + flexible flextime models and extensive further training opportunities
