The proposed work is varied and requires a good ability to adapt from the candidate. Knowledge of wines is an asset, failing that, notions of tasting are necessary.

• Service during lunch or dinner meals in the dining room and on the terrace. Wine advice and service
• Washing and polishing of cutlery and dishes in general (shared with kitchen, depending on time)
• Maintenance of the bar, the terrace and the dining room.
• Welcome, billing and computer check-in of hotel guests
• Various administrative work on Word and Excel, management of online reservations and emails
• Preparation of drinks, mignardises and other service and bar setup
• Folding, ironing and storing linens and tablecloths/dining room napkins
• Occasional service of breakfasts
