Construction Manager

We are looking for you, Construction Manager!

Your tasks

• Organization of the construction site with monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Collaboration and coordination of planners and contractors
• On-site construction management with active control of the construction work
• Knowing and enforcing the contractual agreements with partners as well as checking the quality of the work
• Schedule planning and monitoring of the construction processes
• Construction handover and commissioning
• Support or takeover of project management, depending on need
• Rectification of defects and warranty work after 2 or 5 years according to SIA
• Reporting to the responsible construction project manager

Your profile

• Federal diploma Construction Manager, Building Technician HF or Drafter EFZ Architecture with construction management experience
• Understanding of plans and cost awareness
• Confidence in dealing with SIA standards, laws and regulations
• Good IT application skills
• You are a communicative, team-oriented and solution-oriented personality
