Director # Tasks • Everything under control! As a director, you are responsible for the economic success of your point of sale. • You know: by supporting and motivating your employees, you and your team successfully implement sales promotion measures. • Our demanding clientele is delighted by the competent and courteous manner in which you advise them. • You ensure optimal merchandise management and make sure that your point of sale makes people want to shop. • Your daily tasks? You establish the staff planning including cost control and take charge of the branch administration. Requirements • Do you convince in sales and have management experience? Then you are in the right place with us. • Your professional training in the field of perfumery has made you a technical expert. You are competent in business management thanks to additional training. • You master German very well - both orally and in writing. • Office programs? No problem for you. • Several years of experience in the sector? That convinces us.
