Accounts Payable Clerk (temporary)

What awaits you

• You validate, check, and post supplier invoices, transport invoices, and credit notes
• You independently reconcile accounts payable items with our suppliers
• Incoming reminders are checked and reliably processed by you
• You answer internal and external inquiries regarding accounts payable
• The maintenance and control of relevant master data is also part of your area of responsibility
• You ensure timely processing of documents and payments
• You keep an eye on possible cash discounts and ensure their best possible utilization
• Together with the team, you support a smooth process in daily operations

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training
• Practical experience in accounts payable
• Experience with electronic invoice processing is an advantage
• Confident handling of common PC applications and digital work tools
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• English skills are a plus
• Strong flair for numbers as well as a precise and reliable way of working
• Independent and structured approach
• Enjoyment of working in a team and exchanging ideas with different contact persons
