Future employer ##

• You manage the Microsoft system landscape and further develop the deployed cloud and workplace solutions
• You administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune and ensure a traceable allocation of user rights
• You set up workstations, mobile devices and server systems and ensure their maintenance and monitoring
• In the event of technical malfunctions, you analyze the causes, coordinate the processing and implement sustainable solutions
• You accompany migrations and rollouts and contribute your knowledge to infrastructure projects
• Together with the specialist departments and external partners, you manage business applications and their interfaces
• You implement security measures, support audits and keep the technical documentation as well as device and license data up to date
• You plan maintenance work, prioritize upcoming changes and develop improvement suggestions as a basis for decision-making for the IT management

Your task ##

• Completed IT training, ideally supplemented by further training at HF, FH level or a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in the administration and support of IT systems
• Good practical knowledge in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
• Experience with Windows Clients, servers, mobile devices and peripherals
• Familiar with IT security, authorization structures as well as the management of assets, licenses and configurations
• Practice in the implementation of technical projects and the introduction of new systems
• Independent and structured way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of user contact and ability to involve internal specialists and external providers in a targeted manner
• Very good German skills; additional certifications in the Microsoft, cloud, network or security environment are welcome
