To strengthen our customer service team in Zurich, we are looking for a BMW / MINI Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) Your tasks • You take charge of and advise our customers competently regarding services, repairs, and maintenance work • You receive vehicles, identify customer needs, and prepare suitable service offers • You plan and coordinate workshop appointments in close collaboration with internal departments • You inform customers of the progress of repairs and return the vehicles after the work is completed • You ensure high customer satisfaction and handle customer requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner • You have technical or commercial training, ideally in the automotive sector • You have experience in customer service as well as a good technical understanding of vehicles • You convince with your communication skills, your service orientation, and your professional attitude • You possess a category B driver's license and good IT skills; BMW experience is an asset • Premium brands: BMW, MINI and Maserati • Modern workstations and high-quality infrastructure • Family team with short decision-making processes • 5 weeks of holidays as well as the possibility of a 6th week of holidays • Opportunities for evolution and long-term perspectives within Binelli Group We look forward to meeting you.
