For our regional legal service in Berne, we are looking for a jurist or a jurist for a permanent position, as well as a maternity replacement from now until the end of the year, who enjoys actively representing the interests of our policyholders (80% to 100%), starting from 1 October 2026 or by agreement. Your challenges • You autonomously handle legal cases for private and business clients in the areas insured with us, particularly in road traffic law, tenancy and labor law, travel contract law and consumer law as well as in civil liability law, insurance and social security • You conduct oral and written negotiations with parties, authorities, insurance companies, and opposing lawyers • You advise and support our policyholders by telephone, in writing, and in person • In the legal cases you handle, you also assume technical insurance tasks (e.g., verification of insurance coverage) • Via our interactive platform Lex4you, you provide initial telephone information What you bring • A university degree in Swiss law (law license an asset) and ideally professional experience (preferably in labor, tenancy and/or social security law) • A sense of what is essential.
