As part of a fixed or hourly contract (mainly morning shifts), we are looking for the CMS de Payerne for a Health Assistant between 40% and 60% Mission: • Collaborate on the medico-social care project based on respect for the principle of person autonomy by performing basic care, household help, and family assistance at the homes of our clients presenting a state of physical or mental dependency. Profile: • Benefit from a 120-hour Croix-Rouge multi-purpose health assistant training • Have recent professional experience in a hospital or EMS setting. • Be able to work independently and interdisciplinarily. • Be available to work during the day, evening, and weekend. • Hold a driver's license and possess a vehicle (possibility of using a professional vehicle).
