Nurse (M/F) home care
Your mission
Within a committed and multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in maintaining home residence and the quality of life of the beneficiaries.
In this capacity, you will be required to:
Provide personalized nursing care at the patients' homes.
Assess the needs of the beneficiaries and develop adapted care plans.
Ensure clinical follow-up and guarantee continuity of care.
Collaborate closely with doctors, relatives, and various stakeholders in the care network.
Actively participate in the promotion of autonomy, comfort, and the well-being of patients.
Your profile
HES Nurse diploma or equivalent recognized title.
For diplomas obtained abroad: mandatory Croix-Rouge suisse (CRS) recognition.
Confirmed professional experience of at least 2 years in home care.
Excellent ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and patient orientation.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable.
Clean Swiss criminal record required.
