Overall Project Manager # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Brügg Start date: immediately Reference number: 890689/1 Tasks ### • Overall responsibility for complex projects in the pharma and biotech environment regarding deadlines, costs, quality and safety • Responsibility for results including budget responsibility, margin control as well as project controlling • Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as external partners and service providers • Stakeholder management at site, customer, supplier and management levels • Planning, steering and monitoring of risks, resources and escalations • Ensuring compliance with compliance specifications, standards and quality requirements • Ensuring budget and deadline compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional customer care • Responsibility for supplementary and claim management • Ensuring quality goals as well as successful project acceptances and project completions Profile ### • FH/HF degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training • Sound experience as an overall project manager in plant or process engineering • Experience in the pharma, biotech, food or chemical environment • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills • German and English skills mandatory, French an advantage Benefits ### • Demanding and varied tasks in a forward-looking and innovative industry
