We are looking for an

Assistant Polishing Manager ##

Your mission
You assist the workshop manager in the daily management

• of production
• of personnel and
• of the quality of polished parts, mainly in watchmaking or microtechnology.

Roles and responsibilities
Supervision:

• Help to direct, motivate and plan the work of polishers and workshop operators.

Production:

• Ensure monitoring of deadlines, manufacturing priorities and resolution of technical problems on a daily basis.

Quality:

• Control the conformity of parts according to aesthetic and dimensional requirements.

Support :

• Replace the workshop manager in their absence and participate in the optimization of working methods.

Profile sought
Training:

• Training as a polisher or training deemed equivalent (CFC as a watch finishing technician or AFP as a polisher, with a sharp artistic sensitivity.)

Experience:

• Mastery of polishing techniques and first experience in team management.

Skills:

• Sense of organization, rigor and good communication skills.
