M365 Specialist - On-Prem/M365/Exchange/Regulated Environment

Project:

For our client, we are looking for an experienced M365 specialist who provides holistic support for the Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on Purview, Security, Compliance and Governance including configuration of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the operation, administration and development of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Conception and implementation of governance, security and compliance policies
• Construction, configuration and operation of Microsoft Purview
• Configuration and governance integration of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
• Creation and maintenance of policies, processes, documentation in the area of M365 Security
• 2nd/3rd-level support, error analysis and rectification in the M365 environment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator or system specialist
• Sound practical experience with Microsoft Purview
• Sound experience in the implementation and configuration of governance, security or compliance settings in Microsoft 365
• Demonstrable experience in the configuration of governance, security or compliance
• Understanding of data protection and compliance requirements and their technical implementation

Languages:

• German business fluent (C1 / C2 level)
• English at B2 level would be desired
