• Prepare statements and draft responses for parliamentary motions, agency consultations, and citizen letters
• Lead demanding legislative projects in the medicinal products sector (medicinal products and medical devices)
• Conduct investigative work in the area of integrity and transparency (Art. 55 and 56 HMG)
• Identify technical issues in the subject areas and clarify risks with regard to the protection of patients and public health
• Provide oral and written technical information and participate in working groups and expert committees

What makes you unique

• You have a university degree in natural sciences/pharmacy or business administration
• You can also demonstrate experience in the medicinal products sector, preferably in the area of medicinal products, medical devices and in connection with pecuniary advantages, as well as experience in leading complex projects
• Working in the Medicinal Products Law Section and in the BAG requires a strong interest in the Swiss healthcare system and its interfaces with law, politics, and economy
• You are a team player, innovative, have a confident manner and a quick grasp
• Your profile is rounded off by good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language as well as English
