Our Customer Support & Academy department forms the central interface between Finnova, our customers, and partners. We support our customers in daily operations regarding our products and digital services and ensure that their concerns are processed quickly and purposefully.
As part of our dedicated Customer Support team, you will work at the interface between customers, banking, and IT and collaborate closely with various specialist and development teams as well as our partners. In doing so, you will gain insight into different Finnova products and services, take on responsibility, and be able to continuously expand your knowledge.
A varied activity with a lot of customer contact and individual responsibility awaits you - and the opportunity to actively help shape the further development of our Customer Support.

• direct contact with our customers and partners and supporting them as a central point of contact for questions regarding our products and the Extranet
• the triage and quality inspection of support tickets and ensuring that these are forwarded completely and to the correct places
• supporting our customers and internal departments in the use of our ticketing tool
• the creation of reports, evaluations, and customer-specific dashboards and the setup and management of users and permissions for our various platforms
• the coordination and follow-up of customer concerns across various internal and external interfaces
• supporting the administration and implementation of our Academy courses for customers and partners
• active participation in the optimization and further development of our support processes and services

• with your IT affinity or initial experience in the IT environment - the position is also suitable for motivated career changers
• if you enjoy working with customers and partners and bring a strong understanding of service
• if you have an interest in banking, software, and digital services - knowledge in the banking environment is an advantage, but not a requirement
• if you can quickly familiarize yourself with new tools, processes, and technical topics
• if you work in a structured manner, keep an overview, and set the right priorities even with several parallel requests
• if you can express yourself clearly and professionally in German, both orally and in writing (min. C1); English skills are an advantage
