Billing Clerk / Clearing Healthcare (80 to 100%, temp. 4 months) About the employer: Our client is an established company in the Swiss healthcare sector based in the region. To support the Customer Service team during a time-critical special project, we are looking for an exact, assertive, and number-oriented personality for a temporary assignment of approx. 4 months, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks • Processing of arrears: Independent analysis and clearing of outstanding non-billings in the health insurance sector. • Interface function: Active clarification of complex billing differences and inquiries directly with health insurers. • Project support: Relief for the permanent Customer Service team so that it can concentrate on parallel operational projects. • Data maintenance: System-side subsequent entry and correction of billing data sets. Qualifications What you bring with you • Professional experience: Verifiable experience in customer service within the Swiss healthcare sector as well as in-depth know-how in billing with health insurance companies. • System knowledge: Sound user knowledge in JDE (Oracle) and/or Siebel CRM is of great advantage. • Language skills: • German: Business fluent (C1/C2) • French: Very good knowledge (B2/C1) • Italian is an advantage, English skills are only required very occasionally. • Personality: Quick comprehension of complex issues, high level of personal responsibility, resilience, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
