SCHWARZ AG FEINBLECHTECHNIK, based in Würenlingen, is a leading company in industrial sheet metal processing and has established an excellent reputation in the realization and manufacture of custom engineering solutions. To strengthen our team in the Engineering department, we are looking for an experienced and committed Caretaker 70% with Deputy Occupational Safety 30% (m/f) Scope of duties: Technical maintenance & garden care (70%) • Care and order of the outdoor facilities (incl. shrub pruning, lawn care) • Maintenance and cleaning work on buildings (interior and exterior) • Planning and coordination of maintenance work on operating resources and systems • Obtaining quotes, awarding and monitoring orders Deputization in the area of occupational safety (30%) • Support in the implementation of safety guidelines and conducting training • Participation in audits, accident analyses, as well as further development of safety concepts • Maintenance of accident statistics incl. procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Accompanying safety-relevant inspections and controls of buildings and systems Your profile: • Completed training as a specialist in garden and maintenance services or comparable; technical background desirable • Experience in care, maintenance and operation of technical systems • Affinity for quality, safety and environmental management systems • Very good German skills in spoken and written language • High sense of responsibility, structured and independent way of working • Teamwork skills, flexibility, quick comprehension, reliability and initiative We offer: • Responsible and varied tasks in an innovative environment • A motivated, well-structured team as well as a pleasant working atmosphere • Performance-related compensation and modern employment conditions • Opportunities for professional and personal further training Interested?
