SPECIALIST FINANCE & ACCOUNTING 80% (M/F/D)

Do you bring financial statements accurately to the point, think analytically, and want to actively further develop processes, evaluations, and systems? Then a versatile key role with responsibility and creative freedom awaits you.

Your tasks

• Independent preparation of annual and interim financial statements according to OR for several group, subsidiary, and construction companies (including ARGEs).
• Central contact person for audits and inspection bodies as well as technical support (e.g., accruals, valuations, VAT, etc.) for the CFO and finance team.
• Building/further development of Abacus evaluations as well as optimization of project, contribution margin, and profitability evaluations.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements, further development of Abacus configurations and interfaces, as well as coordination of projects with internal/external partners.
• Support of the finance team in day-to-day business (accounts payable workflow, reconciliations, ARGE accounting, etc.).

Your profile

• High accuracy in financial statements according to OR as well as several years of experience in the accounting of an SME.
• IT affinity as well as very good Abacus knowledge in FiBu and assets; AbaProject and/or AbaBau are an advantage.
• Independent, structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working (high self-motivation is a "must").
• Enjoyment of process optimizations and continuous further development of accounting.
• Clear communication, high coordination ability, and entrepreneurial (solution-oriented) thinking.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

Your chance

You work closely with the CFO and take on a technically and operationally central role in accounting. As an interface between the finance team, management, board of directors, and external partners, you actively help shape financial management instruments and processes. With your service and coaching competence, you also support and further develop a heterogeneous team.
