The Oberwil municipal administration provides services for the approximately 11'500 inhabitants of the municipality with over 130 employees from various professional groups. In doing so, the municipal administration sees itself not only as an administrative organization, but as a customer-oriented service center that acts as the hub and coordination point for a multitude of tasks. For the area of Education, Youth, Family, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Youth Worker 50 % ## Your tasks ### • Professional and needs-oriented management of the youth center within the team • Assumption of departmental responsibility within youth work • Participation in the further development of the range of services • Advising, accompanying and supporting young people • Planning, organization and implementation of youth cultural as well as gender-specific offers, projects and events • Planning, implementation and evaluation of events • Participation in projects and working groups • Project-related or theme-oriented networking and cooperation with other specialist offices and institutions • Public relations Your profile ### • Completed training in Social Work, Social Pedagogy or socio-cultural animation at tertiary level or equivalent training • Experience in the areas of open youth work, counseling, prevention, intervention and project work with young people • Willingness for flexible and irregular working hours (evenings, weekends and school holidays) • High communication and social competence, assertiveness and resilience • Proof of a certificate for practical training HF/FH desired or willingness to complete the CAS • Very good oral and written German skills • Good MS-Office user skills Our offer ### • A versatile, challenging and responsible task • The possibility of active co-design • Contemporary employment conditions • Competent team and pleasant working environment
