Job Description

For our production site in Düdingen, we are looking for 3 Anlagenführer for the filling production line in the area of adhesive production (AK 3) as of 01. September 2026 or by arrangement. The following exciting tasks await you:

• You are part of the safety culture within the company
• You are responsible for ensuring trouble-free operation on the assigned plants while complying with the production program
• You support the minimization of faulty batches, waste, etc., within the process team
• You are co-responsible for achieving targets as well as the elimination of losses with regard to the overall process
• You adhere to standards as well as work instructions, laws, and regulations, especially occupational safety regulations
• You actively promote improvement measures within the entire processes

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as well as proven experience in industrial production
• A good technical flair as well as manual dexterity and an independent, self-responsible, reliable way of working
• Very good German language skills (m/s)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
• Good knowledge of common Office software programs; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in handling chemical raw materials is an advantage
• In hectic times, you maintain an overview and calm
