• 09 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Domdidier For our site in Domdidier which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for a Financial Director (m/f) - 100% *In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and strategic financial management of the Swiss site. You will be in charge of financial steering, reporting and the optimization of accounting and budgetary processes. You will also supervise the departments; Purchasing, Calculation and IT. You will report to the General Manager and will be a member of the local management committee to lead the company to success.* What does the job consist of? ## • Financial accounting: supervision of bookkeeping and financial closings, preparation of financial statements • Operational controlling: supervision and optimization of budgetary processes, cost accounting and forecasts • Strategic controlling: steering the implementation of the corporate strategy through performance indicators • Treasury management: cash planning and optimization of working capital requirements • Investment decision: participation in investment decisions and financial monitoring of projects • Taxation and compliance: management of tax files, including VAT, internal supervision of various audits • Team management and process improvement through the optimization of tools and procedures What do we expect from you? ## • Higher degree in finance, accounting or management control • Proven experience in financial management, ideally in an industrial environment • Excellent analytical skills and mastery of financial tools • Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards, knowledge of German standards is an asset • Proficiency in German, French and English • Good expertise in the various SAP modules (FI/CO, EWM, BI, S/4 HANA) • Entrepreneurial personality able to take initiatives and anticipate challenges to support the development of the company What do we offer you? ## • Do you want to work for a modern, technology-oriented company and international market leader?
