YOUR TASKS

• Deputy of the OR management in technical, organizational, and personnel matters
• Ensuring smooth and efficient OR operations
• Leadership, promotion, and development of employees
• Deployment and resource planning as well as participation in personnel planning
• OR coordination and ensuring optimal utilization of OR capacities
• Instrumentation and assisting in various specialist fields
• Ensuring quality, patient safety, and compliance with standards
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with surgeons, anesthesia, surgery, and other interfaces

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF
• Sound professional experience in the OR
• High social competence and joy in the development of employees
• Highly organized, responsible, and resilient personality
• Economic thinking and networked action
• Good MS-Office and SAP knowledge
• Willingness for further training in the area of leadership
• Assistance in covering on-call services and late shifts
