For this function, we are looking for a cheerful and organized personality to support our team on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

YOUR TASKS

• Maintenance and updating of our referrer master data
• Cooperation in the back office, especially working in H-Net
• Processing incoming requests
• General administrative activities to support the Services Radiology team

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in healthcare (e.g., medical secretary / hospital secretary) or in the commercial sector with knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong understanding of service, strong communication skills, reliable and resilient
• Enjoyment of working in a team and an independent, structured way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage
• Proficient use of common IT applications
