For one of our clients located in central Valais and specialized in waterproofing, we are currently looking for a team leader for resin application (M/F).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team specialized in resin application (floors, balconies, injection work).
• Guarantee the quality of achievements, respect for deadlines and the rigorous application of safety instructions.
• Plan, organize and monitor construction sites throughout the projects.
• Train, supervise and develop employees, in order to strengthen skills within the team.

Your profile

• Confirmed background: You have solid experience in resin application and have already successfully supervised a team.
• Leadership spirit: You know how to unite, motivate and lead your employees with confidence and benevolence.
• Technical know-how: You master the processes related to resin application (floors, balconies, injections) and are committed to neat and durable work.
• Autonomy and rigor: Organized and reliable, you respect deadlines while guaranteeing a high level of quality.
• Interpersonal skills: You communicate easily with members of your team as well as with other stakeholders on the construction site.
