Ordnungsdienst Migration 60-100% Region Rheintal/SG (m/w/d) What you can achieve: Together with a competent team, you are responsible for guarding as well as access and effects control in an asylum center You carry out patrol services in two-person teams inside and outside the building Conveying a sense of security to your fellow human beings With your presence, you ensure a smooth daily routine as well as peace and order In case of conflicts, you act in a de-escalating manner and intervene to ensure the safety of asylum seekers and the population Collaboration with various authorities You undertake non-routine security tasks in the environment of the asylum system, such as the initial registration of new asylum seekers What you bring: Minimum age: 20 years CH citizenship, C permit or B EU/EFTA Flawless record Very good German skills in speaking and writing, foreign languages are an advantage Communicative, good manners, confident appearance, and high resilience Willingness and enjoyment of irregular working hours (weekend and night work in three-shift operation) Willingness to perform at least 8 assignments of 8 hours per month Intercultural competence and sensitivity in dealing with different cultures Very good mental and physical resilience (readiness for self-defense training), physically fit Driver's license Cat.
