The Clinic and Polyclinic for Internal Medicine (KIM) offers an exciting, acute medical activity with a wide spectrum of complex internal medicine diseases. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Rotating assignment activity on the interdisciplinary inpatient wards and on our Intermediate Care Unit, if suitable and interested, also in the Institut für Notfallmedizin • Professional and comprehensive care of the patients and their relatives • Supervision and teaching of assistant physicians in further training • Participation in the senior physician on-call service of Internal Medicine • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation Your profile • Specialist FMH General Internal Medicine; additional specialization, e.g., Intensive Care Medicine FMH or an equivalent, MEBEKO-recognized further training, is an advantage • Broad and multi-year internal medicine experience in general internal medicine • Holder of FA Sonography/POCUS or shortly before obtaining it • Doctorate (Dr. med.) • Resilient, team-oriented and communicative personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation • Willingness and interest to participate in university teaching and research projects Our benefits We look forward to your application Rahel Aggeler Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
