Automotive Customer Service Advisor with focus on Bodywork/Painting & Car Rental

Do you know cars not just from the desk, but also from practice? For our business in Weinfelden, we are looking for a personality who combines technology, customer contact, and organization. You are the first point of contact for our customers and accompany orders from the first contact to vehicle handover and billing.

Your tasks:

• Customer reception, order intake, and ongoing customer communication for workshop, bodywork, and painting tasks
• Damage recording and rough damage assessment; creation of calculations and offers, if necessary together with the technical specialists in the workshop
• Coordination of orders up to vehicle handover as well as billing and invoicing
• Complete processing of our car rental: consultation, availability check, reservation, rental agreement, handover, return, and charging based on time and kilometers
• Active participation in the future expansion of our workshop customer service and car rental

What you bring with you:

• Technical basic training or sound practical experience in the automotive sector – e.g., as an automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, body mechanic, body mechanic, or painter
• Good technical understanding, ideally with experience in damage assessment, bodywork, or paint
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a friendly, binding, and solution-oriented demeanor
• Organizational talent, reliability, and confident handling of administrative tasks

Do you still work directly in the workshop today? No problem! If you, as an experienced specialist, want to take the next step towards customer service, organization, and customer care, we are explicitly addressing you as well.

What awaits you with us:

• A versatile hub function between customers, workshop, and car rental
• A lot of personal responsibility, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to actively help shape your area
• Development perspective: With the further expansion of the area, the position can later develop towards management and additional responsibility

Interested? Then we look forward to getting to know you.
