We are looking for our branch in Mont-sur-Lausanne for 1 January 2027 or by agreement:

An after-sales service technician

Your challenges:

• Troubleshooting and commissioning of our products
• Diagnose, analyze faults, identify causes of malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs
• Assembly, repair and follow-up, respecting quality and safety standards
• Create and follow up on files in our IT system
• Contact with our professional clientele
• Working in close collaboration with the technical team and the customer service

Your skills:

• CFC as an electrical installer or equivalent
• A few years of experience in a technical or electrical field
• A strong taste for contact with customers
• A sense of responsibility
• Autonomy and organization, ability to work independently, to manage several tasks simultaneously and to respect deadlines
• Good mastery of IT (MS Office), possibly MS Dynamics AX (Axapta)
• Driving license indispensable
