As part of its development, our client is strengthening its technical teams around the critical stages of dial manufacturing. We are looking for an experienced specialist capable of mastering and optimizing the production flows linking electroplating, CNC machining, and varnishing, in order to guarantee the quality, reliability, and performance of the manufacturing processes.
Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Dial manufacturing specialist - expatriation Thailand

• Proven experience in the manufacturing of watch dials, with a very good understanding of the production and finishing stages * Solid knowledge of the interactions between electroplating, CNC machining, varnishing and other critical processes related to the dial * Practical experience in the analysis of production sequences, technical problem solving and the reliability of industrial processes * Ability to understand correlations between processes, to identify root causes and to propose effective corrective actions * Field mindset, rigor, autonomy, attention to detail and ability to work with multicultural teams * Ability to transmit know-how and to support teams in skill development * Professional English appreciated
• Bring your expertise to the dial production sequence, in particular its interactions with upstream and downstream processes + Ensure proper technical coordination between electroplating, CNC machining and varnishing, critical stages of dial manufacturing + Analyze correlation issues between the different processes and propose concrete solutions in production + Participate in the definition, validation and optimization of industrial sequences in order to ensure the reliability of the manufacturing flow + Contribute to the stabilization of production standards, the reduction of deviations and the continuous improvement of quality and lead time performance + Advise and support field teams in understanding the interactions between processes and in the application of best practices + Collaborate closely with the Production, Quality, Methods, Industrialization, CNC, Electroplating and Varnishing departments
