Located in Sonceboz, in the heart of a region whose industry is traditionally oriented towards high precision, the company MONNIN SA has been producing since 1946 a wide range of turned products intended for the fields of watchmaking and microtechnology.

In order to complete our dynamic IT team, we are looking for a:

Administrator · Junior Network & Cybersecurity Engineer (M/F) - (CDI 80% – 100%) ##

Your mission: ##

You play a key role in steering topics related to the network, cybersecurity, supervision, technical documentation, and infrastructure projects.

Your main missions will be to:
Participate in the administration and evolution of the network infrastructure

• LAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, VPN and site interconnections

Contribute to the operation of security equipment:

• Firewalls, filtering rules, remote access, network segmentation and perimeter security

Participate in strengthening the company's cybersecurity:

• Alert analysis, log monitoring, application of best practices, progressive hardening of configurations

Contribute to the supervision of the IT infrastructure:

• Equipment availability, alert reporting, incident analysis and monitoring of technical indicators

Participate in technical documentation:

• Network diagrams, operating procedures, configurations, security rules and intervention reports
• Provide level 2 & 3 support for incidents related to the network, infrastructure, remote access and technical services

Participate in information system evolution projects:

• New buildings, interconnection of equipment, digitalization, security improvement and infrastructure modernization
• Collaborate with members of the IT department, internal users and external providers

Your profile ##

Education and experience:

• Higher education in IT with an orientation in network, infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity or from an ES, HES, Bachelor, engineering school or equivalent training
• A good theoretical level in network and cybersecurity is expected, even if professional experience remains limited
• First professional experience desired in the form of an internship, work-study, study project, diploma work or first experience in a company
• Motivated junior profile, possessing solid foundations and wishing to develop skills in a concrete, demanding and production-oriented IT environment

Key skills:
Excellent theoretical foundations in networking:

• TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, Wi-Fi and firewalling

Understanding of cybersecurity principles:

• Segmentation, access management, MFA, filtering, hardening, log analysis, vulnerabilities and best practices

Basic knowledge of Microsoft environments:

• Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP.
• Notions of virtualization, ideally VMware

Interest in supervision and logging tools:

• PRTG, Graylog.
• Ability to analyze a technical problem in a structured manner
• Ability to clearly document configurations, procedures and actions performed
• Interest in automation and scripting, especially PowerShell.
• Ability to learn quickly and transform theoretical knowledge into operational skills

Assets:

• Experience in an industrial environment, SME or critical infrastructure constitutes an added value
• Certifications or additional training in network or cybersecurity: CCNA, Cisco, Sophos, ITIL or equivalent
• Knowledge or interest in Sophos, Cisco Meraki, VMware, Veeam, PRTG or Graylog environments
• Internship, study project or diploma work experience related to networking, cybersecurity, supervision or infrastructure
• Interest in industrial environments and security issues related to production systems
• French mandatory, business English / technical English required to read documentation, understand error messages, follow technical procedures and exchange with certain suppliers
• Ability to intervene occasionally outside standard hours during planned maintenance or major incidents, according to the needs of the department
