CONSTRUCTION MANAGER RENOVATION
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
Management, planning & organization of construction sites, construction projects & construction orders
Work preparation (AVOR), measurement & billing including post-calculation & controlling
Conducting negotiations & close cooperation with clients, site managers, planners, etc.
Leadership & motivation of the construction site team
Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, quality and costs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed basic training in the main construction trade
Further training as a construction manager, civil engineer, master builder or comparable
Driver's license category B as well as willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
Proficient in using IT programs (MS-Office, Baubit PRO)
Independent personality with networked thinking & confident appearance
