Your role with us You are the central interface between employees, customers, and management and ensure that everything runs smoothly in everyday operations. Participation in the deployment planning and organization of our employees Hub function in communication with teams and customers in day-to-day business Creation and administration of employee contracts Customer care: processing inquiries, complaints, as well as coordination of additional orders Support of the responsible parties in the area of quality controls and ensuring our standards Responsibility for material management and equipment of new objects Administrative tasks such as deployment plans, billing, and general office organization Support in the quotation system as well as planning and coordination of new orders Close cooperation with the management and support in operational as well as strategic topics Development perspective This position is deliberately designed as an entry and development role.
