School Social Worker (m/f/d)

In August 2025, we are opening a special school for children with challenging behavior at the Hatswil location. Due to the departure of our school social worker, we are looking for reinforcement for our team.

Are you interested in the co-development of a special school? Are relationships with the students important to you? Do you enjoy working interdisciplinarily? Are you a team player and communicative?

Then we offer you perfect development opportunities.

Preferably, you bring the following skills:

• Affinity for children with challenging behavior
• Patience and humor
• Resource-oriented attitude (strength instead of power)
• Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation
• Teamwork skills
• High readiness for reflection and further development
• Good communication skills

Your tasks include, among others, participation in lessons, social training, supervision during breaks and lunchtime, forest accompaniment, etc.

The working days are Monday to Friday.
